What information do we collect and how do we use it?

  • We collect your name, contact details and relevant information required to process an information request via the form on the ‘Contact’ page of this site. This allows us to process and respond to your query. None of the data that you supply will be stored by this website or passed to or be processed by any third-party data processors.

  • If we discuss a perspective business relationship or you become a client of Considered Thinking Ltd, we may store your contact details within our internal address book. This is stored by Considered Thinking Ltd on a password protected server, with access restricted to those members of staff who may need to keep in contact with you to ensure you receive relevant communication within the normal parameters of a working business relationship.

  • If you receive coaching, mentoring or training from Considered Thinking Ltd, we may record verbal or email conversations. Any such information is only recorded if it is deemed appropriate and useful to provide the agreed services to you. Any such information is stored by Considered Thinking Ltd on a password protected server, with access restricted to those members of staff who are providing the specific service to you.

  • When we are managing or are involved in a coaching programme, mentoring relationship or training course, in partnership with or funded by your employer or an independent third party, some personal data may be shared for the purposes of evaluation and impact measuring. All information shared in this way will be with your permission, and will be in accordance with their privacy policy.

  • We collect your name, contact details and relevant information required to evaluate and process an application you submit to participate in courses and programmes ran by Considered Thinking Ltd. We may use third-party tools, such as SurveyMonkey, to make the application process easier and accessible.  Data collected from you this way may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for such third-party suppliers. However, specifically, in compliance with the Data Protection Act, SurveyMonkey complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Program and will take all steps, reasonably necessary to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of personal information. Under the terms of their Privacy Policy, they endeavour not to, under any circumstances, contact survey takers or share their data with any other party, except in response to a complaint or under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligations.

  • We may disclose your personal information to third parties, if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others.

  • Like most websites, this site uses analytics (specifically SquareSpace Analytics) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website. Although SquareSpace Analytics records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. SquareSpace Analytics makes use of cookies, details of which can be found on SquareSpace online developer guides. Disabling cookies on your internet browser will stop SquareSpace from tracking any part of your visit to pages within this website.
